Paris
has been the target of two violent terror attacks this year. In order to
contribute to answering the "why there and why now" questions, this
multidisciplinary roundtable gathers experts with a different regional focus to
try to highlight the tactics and strategies at play in France by
comparing and contrasting with other cases of terror attacks, including those
in Russia, India and Lebanon.
