With the support of Princeton University, the Princeton Soccer Appreciation Club is organizing the inaugural Princeton Soccer Conference. The conference will allow students to meet academics, industry professionals, ex-players, and journalists, and discuss the future of the sport and the soccer industry with them.
During the first weekend of December, participants will convene at Princeton University to address the topic “Football’s Future.” The two-day conference will bring together a collection of over 30 speakers, and give conference attendees a unique insight into the most popular spectator sport on earth. Participants will learn about cutting edge research, discuss the changing landscape of the global game, and meet fellow industry professionals and soccer enthusiasts.
Some of the topics that will be discussed during the conference include:
US Soccer in 2030: What Will the Industry Look Like?
The Future of Women’s Soccer
Working in the Soccer Industry: What is it Like?
Soccer for Good: How the Sport Can Enact Positive Social Change
Technological Innovation in Soccer

We hope that the conference will provide a unique opportunity for undergraduates and professions alike to meet and discuss the future of the sport.
