Social Explorer provides easy access to demographic information about the United States from 1790 to the present and is frequently used by researchers at Princeton University. This webinar will demonstrate how Social Explorer could be used at different research stages, from developing a research question through empirical analysis and results. Ofira will provide an overview of Social Explorer and demonstrate how to extract data. Courtney will demonstrate various ways to analyze the extracted data graphically and statistically using the statistical software package, Stata.
