A qualitative analysis of rural development programs in Spain and Italy. I highlight my senior thesis research in this video, where I talk about a policy paper that I wrote for the Public and International Affairs department. I talk about olive oil is a product that I am able to explore this study with, while I also dive into the Common Agricultural Policy Program in the European Union. I talk about programs and policies in Spain and Italy, as well as my field research from when I traveled to Italy and Spain to interview policymakers and farmers.
