New Jersey Core Facilities Showcase: Omic Core Capabilities

Integrated multi-omics approaches are playing an increasingly important role in the analysis of biological systems, providing a toolkit of complementary approaches that together can potentially highlight patterns of functional significance. Individual ‘Omic approaches are diverse and include proteomics, lipidomics, glycomics, metabolomics and genomics and a common goal of all is the development of methods to generate meaningful datasets from single-cell experiments. The goal of this Panel discussion is to highlight some of the major 'Omics capabilities available at Rutgers and Princeton, with an emphasis on the application of new emerging technologies.
