Food and agriculture is one of New Jersey's largest industries, yet local producers have difficulty selling their goods directly to consumers. Our initiative curates local farmers' produce into an ingredient-and-recipe meal kit service to link consumers directly to convenient sources of fresh, local food. Meal kits are tailored to both the seasonal availability of produce and to the dietary needs of its consumers, assembled in reusable containers that can be picked up from local gyms and other partner facilities. Our mission is to increase the proportion of local farm food consumed in Mercer County.
