Springshare's LibAnswers is the platform we use at PUL to receive and respond to patron emails, communicate in real time with patrons through Chat, record our public service desk statistics, and record frequently asked questions and answers. In this LibAnswers Showcase, we do a quick overview of the tool and highlight how PUL staff across libraries have been using LibAnswers to manage their communication with patrons. We hope this session will allow staff to share knowledge and tips and inform those who have not yet worked with LibAnswers. No previous experience with LibAnswers is required to attend.
