Medical students from Rowan-Virtua SOM will join us to talk about why they chose Rowan and their experiences at the medical school. John Nwafor, Admissions Recruiter, will be on hand to answer questions about the admissions process. Rowan-Virtua is one of five NJ medical schools. Its two-year, pass/fail pre-clinical curriculum integrates clinical skills and science knowledge with two curricular track options to cater to diverse learning preferences. Students can further personalize their education through twelve Areas of Distinction that provide additional scholarly work and service opportunities on topics including cultural competency, clinical psychiatry, humanism in medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health, among others. Students can also choose between two campuses: Stratford and Sewell; both offer close proximity to Philadelphia.
